What kind of water is this?
a. This is “PACKAGED DRINKING WATER”. The ones you usually find in retail store, restaurants and elsewhere with
different brand names.
2. What is the brand served to us?
a. The brand you are served is “Oceana Positive” represented as o’Pos. It is a 5-year-old registered brand served across
twin cities to business and events who prefer to stay special with customization.
3. Is this water safe?
a. We use state of art technology for purification with carbon and sand filters, then processed thru spun filters and treated with UV and Ozone for that nicest gulp of H2O.
4. Is this water tested?
a. A very BIG YES. The water is continuously tested at our in-house fully equipped laboratory with highly experienced professionals.
5. Is water only tested in-house or also tested elsewhere?
a.We believe in multiple checks to make sure your product reaches you in it’s best capacity. So, we have reputed testing partners in stand-alone laboratories in Hyderabad.
6. Is there any statutory authority to monitor the standards?
a.Yes, the prestigious BIS(Bureau of India Standards) & FSSAI (Food safety & security authority of India) are the governing authorities for “Packaged Drinking Water”
7. Is the water touched?
a.Not at all, our advanced machinery takes care of filling, capping and coding and it is suitably packed and delivered.
Customization.
1.How many designs do you have?
a.we have approximately 200 designs and adding more.
2. How often do you add new designs?
a.To keep it fresh and new, we add designs every wedding season.
3. Why is the minimum order quantity 600?
a.We wish we can give you less than that. But our printer cannot print less than 600 pieces. Until we find a solution, let’s keep it 600.
4. I liked your designs, but I want to have my special design, can I?
a.That’s cool. You can surely have yours. Browse to www.oPoswater.com/business and upload your design and we will be glad to serve you.
5. Do you charge extra if I need my own design?
a.AHH.. we usually don’t, but if it is work-oriented, we might charge you up to - Rs.500/-
6. What if I want a photo to be printed on it?
a. Yea, you can. go to www.oPosWater.com/business and upload your file and we will get back to you.
7. Is the same bottle that is displayed on this website is delivered to us?
a.The bottle you see on the website is a graphical representation and you can expect a similar one or a different one. But we will deliver a classy product. Don't worry, we are a game for it.
8. What if I want a shape that I have seen elsewhere?
a. It isn't possible due to technical reasons.
9. If I want to only order labels, is that possible?
a.Naah. We do end to end for a hassle-free experience.
10. Can you customize bottle for a particular brand we ask for?
a.It doesn't work like that. We are not authorized and also it is illegal to tamper another brand product. But you got to believe us, you are getting the best.
11. Are these labels waterproof?
a.Yes, they are waterproof, if you place them in cool and dry places like fridge and on dry ice. NO, if you drop them in a drum with water for more than 15 mins, the stickers can peel off and it is not suggested and we are not responsible.
Delivery & Refund policy.
1.How many days prior to the event I should order?
a.Order at least 5 days in advance to avoid last minute hassles, but if you like to order just a day before, then give us a call at 75699-11111 and we will take care.
2. Is the delivery free?
a. Yay! it is free within city limits of Hyderabad.
3. Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
a.For now, we don’t. But if you love us, we will arrange delivery with our associated delivery partners and you have to pay for it
4.Do you do part deliveries on different days for different events?
a. Yes, we do but subject to a minimum order for each event.
5. I have placed an order and I am looking for a refund?
a. Please write to us at purely@oPosWater.com, If your order isn't processed yet, then we will be happy to refund without a question asked. But as it is specially made for you, if the order is in the process, we won’t be able to offer you much.
6. Can I pay by cash?
a. Yes, Please make a selection and place an order on our website and call us at 75699-11111 to request our executive to collect in cash.
